[Yuuto struggles in the Master's hold, extremely displeased with all of this.] Put me down, damn it! I said I was sorry!

[Sadly for Yuuto, the Master is not letting go] Not until Ryotarou comes to collect you.

Collect me?! He's not my babysitter! [Yuuto isn't giving up either.] Maybe if you just offered a tour like normal people, this wouldn't have happened.

I'm not a tour guide, you'll find, and the TARDIS isn't there for your amusement. Now don't be even more irritating than you already are. I haven't killed anyone in a few days and I try not to go more than a week between murders.

[Yuuto would be glaring daggers at the Master if he could see him properly, but that kind of talk is enough to shut him up momentarily.]

There's a millenia's worth of them, mostly human, some around for longer, some for less. And so, so many of them are this loud. I've been thinking of getting myself a best enemy with better taste in sidekicks, quite frankly. Though I suppose if I lived through Miss Brown and dear Tegan Jovanka, I can suffer anyone.

I'm just glad that things are finally proceeding as far as sparking the conflict we've been looking at {Which he handwaves, because of course the Master wouldn't be interested in vampire politics} or else I would have had to spark something myself. Sitting around doing paperwork or research doesn't compare.

A few reasons, I suppose. Since I'm one of the few people with access to Lost Technology and even something seemingly as simple as literature, I know what the world was like before Armageddon, and I liked that world more. I don't think it's possible to return to that kind of living within my lifetime, which is a shame, but it's something to work towards. I think that the world could be a better place, but it's not so much "working for the sake of other people" as working because, at the least, my job is exciting enough. Considering what the alternative would have been if I'd not killed my father, the idea of inheriting a politics isn't an idea that I'm fond of.
