[Martha raises an eyebrow at this, but just starts stitching him up - a bit of delicate work on the muscle first, then the wound itself] You've really got to be careful while this is healing - it's gone through your muscle, and ripping it, well, you'd have to stop skating for more than a couple of weeks.
