He really SHOULD pop off the plane and get himself to a hospital, but then people might start asking questions and&mdash this is a Parts War, after all, he can't just give up—

[and she pops off the Plane, then returns with one of Torchwood's medical kits] You allergic to any forms of anaesthetic? [she rummages through the kit for a moment before coming up with a small vial and a syringe; she pops the top off the vial and fills the syringe]

You're worried about that? {She smiles and leans down to grab the hem of her dress and rip it into something that could pass for bandages with ease}
