He pulls the card out of the belt buckle, and it seems to just dissolve into nothing. He pulls the belt off next, ending the transformation, and revealing Ryotarou as the one underneath the costume — he has a slash wound very close to the previously mentioned stab wound, and he looks in bad shape.]

He won't bleed any more. The TARDIS will supply him with as much blood as necessary before shutting the machine off. It will keep him unconscious until it feels he has healed enough. I could walk away now and he'd be fine, barring malfunctions.
