i.

A familiar sight, this endless black expanse illuminated only by stars. Neither of light nor of darkness, but a place of twilight. Though Never Was and Oblivion come to mind, there is something which seems to render all such comparisons meaningless. A sense of unreality among the security of what is known. I would not be the least bit surprised if it turns out to be mere theatrics, done simply to add to the air of mystique. And I would feel the same if it was in actuality the key to unraveling the mystery of this "Astral Plane."

Of course, that is not to say I thought our meeting a triviality, Meredith. It was so very...informative.

If the nature of our surroundings cannot be relied on, then only the self can be trusted. For this place is not empty. Among the faces here may be found allies and enemies, both unknown and known.

But there will always be change.

There will always be plots.

And there will always be treachery.

(OOC: so i herd i are lazy. and replies may be somewhat slow due to chores. D:)

Well, of course. Then, naturally, it just depends on who's smarter.
