[here, have a pair of shifty-eyed Twins standing next to a crate]

Sooo, we guess that experiment got a little out of hand. [siiiigh] We hate it when we have to have the experiments destroyed.

But you guys don't mind doing that, right? [beam at everyone] No matter the size of the creature, they should all have a jewel on them somewhere. Just take the jewel and drop it into- [hold up two jars] -these jars. Then give them to us. There's a lot of creatures out there! Oh and some of them are kind of big, so! [present fishing rods!] These should help pluck off the jewels. Of course, you have to weaken them to get the jewels off. If they're still strong, it won't work. Some of you have weapons and stuff, right? Or we guess your fists. Whatever you fight with, we can modify them to work better against these creatures~

Oh and they're pretty hungry, so don't ignore them!

[a pause, followed by a smirk]

The jewels then. I attempted to kill one earlier, it got back up moments later... this information will be very helpful.

[he catches it, and his claws make that kind of awkward tapping/scratching against the glass]

You said you could 'modify' things, correct? While I almost killed one as is... it'd be much easier, I expect, if these claws of mine were sharper. Can you do that?

[are used to people getting mad] We didn't do it on purpose.

[and are also a little pouty] We won't ruin them! Just give them a boost against the monsters.

We probably do, really.

[both grin] That's easy enough. We can give your claws an upgrade! Longer and sharper? Or just sharper?

It's still your fault. [Pouts] The monster didn't follow me here, is he still on my pirate ship? Then I have to get back really quick!

Are you sure? After I defeat the monster, will my arms get back to normal? [And by "normal" he means elastic rubber arms...]

[tilt their heads] Most of the monsters will probably stay in your worlds. Some of them might follow you, though. Just the smaller ones~

[salute] The modifications can be permanent or not, it's up to you! We're just enhancing whatever your current abilities are.

We are not! Anyway! You probably should try to take care of those.

How many experiments is it that have gotten loose?

[a pause, then spoke suspiciously]

Partially. It was the fact that I was the only one able to see the beast that gave you away.

Total? [ponders] Probably at least ten of the mother ones and several dozen of the smaller ones.

[laugh] Not this time. Just as long as you take care of that, we'll count that as payment.

At least you know how to deal with them now? [tempting him with a jar, yes]

[Holds out his arms] Well, I suppose if I have to defeat them on my own, I'll need your help. But I want to go back to normal after I defeat the monster, okay? I can get stronger on my own by training.

[shrug] If they eat your city, then it's not our fault~

Assuming I'm not caught by surprise again, I believe I cold defeat one if it came to it

It is too, you shit faced nonces! [reeeeally wants to punch them] You put those things in my City and you damned well better get them out, you hear me?

No problem~ [ponder for a moment, then hold up a vial of gold liquid] Okay, drink this! It'll wear off in a few days. That should be good enough, right?

I'll keep count then.

Good. Longer would definitely be a benefit - but I most definitively need them sharper. Enough so that they can cut clear through muscle.
