--Right. This is a bit weird, isn't it? Standing in the middle of nowhere, all alone and talking to myself. And the stars, I could be talking to them, as well.
I need to stop spending so much time with Sam. Madness isn't contagious or anything, but I've been starting to talk to myself more lately, and, well, it is Sam.
Anyway. Am I still asleep? That'd explain it. I've had a dream like this once before. Well, not exactly like this. But close to it.

It's nice, though, this place. Sort of pretty, even if it is a bit weird and I have no clue where I am. And it's quiet. That's nice, too, considering. It's a bit loud everywhere in Manchester, I think. Hard to hear yourself think, sometimes. I think that's life everywhere, though, unless you're out in the country. Maybe I should consider that. But it wouldn't be nearly as interesting.

What you'll have to do is find a way to slip letters and instructions from us onto Phyllis's desk, so we can have the pretence of keeping in contact with the team from our position undercover.

That shouldn't be too hard. I can talk to Phyllis, and while she's distracted, slip them in her inbox. Or I could just do it while she's away.

I don't... I don't know. Less than a month, I hope. I really hope. Maybe you could.... I don't know, go out with me and the Guv every day to encourage it along? Spending time together helps, Meredith said, so.

The two Masters - the one with the beard and the one that, uh, looks like me - and the Guv'll tell you to stay far, far away from 'em both. They are dangerous. Hypnotise people. And uh, Diva. She's... a good person, or she's trying to be one, but she's not entirely reached it, I don't think. Vampire. I know, it sounded mad to me too. She's sweet, though. You just have to give her a chance.
