102...?

 THE ANGELS.

No matter where one is on the Astral Plane, they're not likely to miss this fight, and chances are, it's the first time any one of them has seen Mu in quite a while.

It starts with a barely-contained explosion from near the bath house, followed quickly by two more. From the resulting smoke and debris emerge three very similar figures, seemingly locked in  combat. From a distance, all one can see is the light show of energy discharges and explosions. A little closer and one may discern details - matching lavender manes swishing about wildly; one of the figures is clad in a distinctive set of gold armour. The other two seem to be sporting tattered, scraggly wings. All three are entirely focused on one another and the tiny war they're fighting, but the gold-clad one, the original, is decidedly taking the brunt of the attacks.

If you're close enough to feel the heat and wind from the melee, then I hope you have some sort of protection. Despite his nature, Mu is fighting almost unrestrained now, and his twin adversaries certainly have no qualms about the destruction they're causing. Mu doesn't seem worried though, even with bandages slipping from around his eyes to reveal an ugly, healing wound. He's got a plan. Maybe.

THE SHADOW.

The angels have long since been dealt with. Mu has returned to his pseudo-hermitage of the Bath house - There was a little damage, but most of it superficial. He's cleaned himself up, and is in the process of clearing what rubble there is with Psycokenesis when his third visitor of the day joins him.

He turns, exposed eyes only barely able to make out the shape before him, but his Cosmo is more than sharp enough to fill in the blanks. The Other wears his exact face, save for the piercing golden eyes  and ghost of a smile on his face.  Mu can make out the colour of his eyes, and the colour of his attire - a black mockery of his own Aries cloth. It reminds him too much of a Surplice.

How dutiful, cleaning up after yourself like this. Even the tone is light and mocking. You always were the type. Never disobey orders, never take risks. It's almost a wonder you didn't just vanish into the rocks while you hid away.

Mu seems less than impressed by the appearance of his doppelganger. Begone, spectre. I've no patience for you.

You don't have patience for anything do you? You're just good at pretending...

(ooc: Feel free to tag into either or. Normals MIGHT want to avoid the angels, as Mu is a canon godmode, and both are very VERY lethal.)

[it's the rubble that catches Menzies' eye and sends her in the direction of Mu. however, when she reaches the source, she's surprised to find a verbal confrontation rather than a fight. but she's had enough experience with the shadows already to know how ugly conversations with them can turn--and how quickly]

Mu, be careful what you say!

[she hurries over to join him, North's borrowed gun in a holster attached to her belt but unable to help the fear curling in her stomach. any shadow based on Mu has to be exceedingly dangerous, after all. she only hopes that she can help Mu face it in some way without ending up as a liability herself]
