[She looks around, wondering who might be around. Then she decides that it doesn't matter, and makes her way to the beach. The desolate, waterless sand seems an ideal place for something like this, anyway. And once she's there, situated and ready, she rolls her shoulders back, tosses her hair out of her face and stands a bit straighter.]

I'll make sure it's ready before I go back.

[Suddenly, there's music, and she begins to sing.

[She's okay with having an audience. This song is not meant to affect an audience, it's meant to resonate with (and ultimately tear apart) a specific being that is not here. So what harm can come from it, right?

It is. When I sing this in my world, it should resonate with the creature we're facing. That will make it easier for the people I'm with to dispose of it.

It would resonate with any creature like it. There just happens to be only one at the moment, so I made it more specific for the occasion.
