[ Yes. Together. It's a good thing. But this whole business still isn't. After a few moments of trying to ponder things, Kiran heads out towards the hall that leads to the stairs -- ] Maybe we can ask? I mean, surely there are people managing this place, right?

[together sounds like a pretty damn good thing, if you ask him. he's all for it. so he's following the other pretty quickly, catching up to him before he has a chance to go down the stairs.] We can ask, sure .. there really has to be somebody around here that knows something, at least.
