[Mu appears on the Plane with four things. First is a large, stone jar about as tall as his hips, and just wide enough for him to get his arms around. Second, the cloth of Aries in it's presentational form, standing a silent sentry next to it's master. Third, a large-ish, faintly iridescent rock, which Mu is presently running his hands over, as though searching for something, and fourth, a thermos of tea sitting at his knee.]
Well, at least the lighting here is far better. Goodness knows, I might actually get some Stardust Sand from this rock.

Mm. Do you remember what I was wearing when we last spoke? The golden armour? That is what it becomes when I am not wearing it.

Yeah, the armor was really beautiful. ( lowering her gaze, she looks to the statuette ) ...it transforms. ( she smiles ) Was it a gift from my mother?
( yeah, sorry. she'll never not call Athena her mother )

Hmmm, I think only the Cloths themselves can say who created them anymore - It's been thousands of years since they came to being. Some think they were divine gifts as you suggested, but I think they were built by mortal hands with Her blessing.

( sitting onto her rear, she leans to look at the statue a bit closer, although doesn't touch it. she can recall being told by her father hundreds of times 'look with your eyes, not with your hands' — it had worked for the most part when they were in places like a museum, but she really was a hands on type of person. still, she folds her hands together to keep from just grabbing the thing )
Mortals, really? ( looking it over (without touching!) she narrows her eyes and gives a soft nod ) I guess it's possible, mortals have been known to make really amazing things after all.
Still, it would be kind of interesting if Mom made them. Or even Hephaestus, somehow.

[But he can see her curiosity plain as day] It will not bite you if you touch it.
Divine inspiration would not surprise me in the slightest, but the knowledge of their creation has been lost for many gaes. I, and two of my peers are the only ones who even know how to repair them anymore

( at this point, she's leaned toward the statue to look it over. she's tracing her fingers over the workings, tracing lines and smiling at the horns )
It's a ram... Ares' constellation is a ram. Does this mean you're a 'member' of Ares or something, Mu?
( after a moment longer of fiddling at the 'creature' she leans back to sit onto her knees properly once more ) That's so cool, I wish I could repair something like this.

Thats right. I'm the guardian of the house of the White Ram, Aries Mu - the first of twelve guardians of Athena's sanctuary.

I gather my mom would have explained it better by now and if you don't know already, then she doesn't know either. What a shame though, I wonder what interesting origins they have... ( she's gently stroking her hand at the golden body of the ram, but after a short moment, pulls it back again
true to her ADHD, she looks at him with a smile, changing the subject quickly ) Do you think you could teach me how to repair it? I promise to listen really well!
no subject
Hm? No, I don't think so. Learning must begin in infancy, so to attune yourself with the Cloths and...hmm. Semi-divine or not, I sense to active Cosmo in you and so even if you had the knowledge, the Cloths would not react to you in the first place.

( ouch, just a bundle of negativity there with that one. she frowns ) Oh, well... Mm, alright.
no subject
[Ah, and he sees it on her face.] I am sorry. There's a reason there are very few who can do it.
no subject
Oh yeah? What's that?
