[Somewhere on the Plane, there is a groaning, wheezing sound that some may describe as elephantine in nature that crescendos louder and louder--then stops. And then a moment later, it starts again, fades, and the sound turns up in another portion of the Plane.
This odd phenomenon occurs a couple more times before the source of the noise finally materialises outside bar. That source, in this case, is Rory-shaped, not police box-shaped, so he lacks some of the familiar outer traits that the TARDIS he knows of possesses.]
Enough! Stop! [A very frustrated Rory starts pacing and gesticulating, then clutching his head before he lets go in a huff.] I just want to walk here. Understand that, er, me? I don't need to do that...de-materialising and re-materialising thing. It's too...too weird. I have two feet still, so I'm going to use them!
[Absently, he scratches at the back of his neck while he looks around.] Okay... I think that's better.
[Just for good measure, he cautiously starts to walk forward. He needs to find a couple people now that he's on the Plane. The trouble is, he has no idea where they are or who the people in Morgana's recent letter even are. Or if they're still ill--or how Morgana is even doing. Now that he's finally on the Plane and not tripping and stumbling through a time vortex, he can finally see how people are.]
[ooc: And here's a pollen-infected Rory, at last! His...change is very complicated as he's become a human!TARDIS like that of Compassion. As this isn't the first time poor Rory's existed as a non-human, he's clinging to what humanity he currently has, but don't be surprised if he goes off on random tangents. Oh, and he does have an inside that's bigger than the outside, as well as a way to open up to allow for passengers.]

[Menzies is watching him curiously from nearby. there's something very strange about this man's essence, and if possible, his little in-fighting with himself sounded even stranger--not that she's entirely normal to look at herself. she walks purposefully in his direction, but slowly. due to the blindness, she isn't making eye contact, and her eyes are still glowing a deep blue]
I take it you've got a new ability?
no subject
And despite it all, he still manages a fairly calm reply for someone who's no longer human again.]
Yeah like--erm... [He's caught her eye now and though she can't see it, he does look rather surprised.] Do you know your eyes are glowing?
no subject
[but the question snaps her out of it] Huh? Oh. [her expression sours] Yeah, I've been told.
no subject
Oh, okay. It's just that, I don't think there's a treatment for glowing eyes aside from shades of some kind. I think there was a case in 2549 on--[but he stops himself, stomping his foot.]--damnit, not again! Stop that!

[reflexively, she raises an eyebrow at his comment--and his attempt to stop himself. it reminds her of what she's been having to do since this mess started] Stuck with thoughts you don't want?
no subject
No, it's not that, it's... [He lets out a frustrated sigh.] Okay, maybe it is sort of like that. Ever since I rolled around in this blue pollen stuff, I haven't really been myself. Like, really myself. Random facts and calculations popping in my head are the least of what's gone on.

[But then it dawns on him.] Hold on. Did that stuff do...[He points at her eyes]...that to you?

still, hi there son]
Are you having difficulty controlling it?
no subject
Rory actually smiles when he sees her and feels a little calmer now that she's there.] I--yeah. It's all so new... Hold on, how do you know? Do--do you know what's happened to me?

Granted, he still would do if he was still human, but that's besides the point.]
It's like that! But the not exactly. Actually, it's the exact opposite.

[Of course, the fact that Rory's body totally just opened up, despite seeming in no pain, might give the other young man pause.]
