[Today, there is a great and terrible beastie roaming the snow-covered hills by the Onsen. Well...if by great and terrible, you mean one that's a good four inches under six feet tall. Otherwise, it's beast-like enough, a reddish-orange sort of fellow with knobbly horns that look a bit like drones on bagpipes, a pair of wings jutting from its back and a series of raised bumps covering its arms, torso and back.
It also happens to have a pair of very human-looking brown eyes, should anyone get close enough to see. Right now those eyes are looking a bit frustrated, and there's a certain tenseness in the creature's shoulders, carrying over into the line of its body even as it paces about. It seems, if nothing else, it's not a terribly happy beastie. And maybe, just maybe, it's staying away from the more populated parts of the Plane for a reason...]
((OOC: This particular beastie is Jamie, transformed courtesy of the pollen. And while he can hear and understand what people are saying, he can't currently do anything other than make various incomprehensible noises in return. As a note, anything he says in his current form would come across as growls or roars or things of that nature unless you're a telepath or happen to speak Unhappy Allergic Scottish Beastie - which if you want to do that, go for it! Just let me know in the tag somehow.))

So. Um. What else do you know about what happened to Rory? And, you know, you? And...who did you say that girl was? [he stops] ...maybe you should just tell me about that girl to start.
[he actually realised he asked a bunch of questions in row! aren't you proud, Jamie?]
no subject
Ah, her last name's Menzies. Patricia, I think. I don't know her very well, though. I helped her get settled at that place over there once I'd realised she'd gone blind.
[He waves over in the general direction of the Onsen.]
She knows the Doctor, too.

Okay, so what about Rory? Do you know anything else about what's happened to him?
[he just stops himself from asking if Rory is okay; he has a feeling Jamie can work out that question on his own anyway]
no subject
Other than he was covered head to toe in that blue stuff? No, I've not seen him since. For all I know he's not even on the Plane.
[Sorry, he's just not very helpful today.]
Look, has Victoria turned up anywhere here? I can't go back to the TARDIS like this, but...
[He takes a moment to look Oliver in the eyes, letting him know without words he's a little worried about her.]
no subject
I haven't seen her. [hopeful] But that's probably good, right? I mean, if she missed this...stuff. Then she'd be safe. [earnestly, he adds:] Jamie, if I see her, I'll tell her so she'll know it's you.
no subject
Aye, you're right. She'll be fine. I appreciate you telling her if you do see her, though. At least that way she'll know I'll not be able to get back right away. And the Doctor'll look after her if she decides not to come by.
[Although it does mean he'll have to get used to the idea of not seeing her again for heaven knows how long, and he's not entirely happy with that idea - which, unfortunately, Oliver might get too, since it takes him a moment to look away.]
no subject
Jamie, is there anything else you can think of? I'm going to see if I can find Rory. [because he wants to help Jamie get back to normal as soon as possible]
no subject
Aye.
[But he can't think of anything else that might be important to add about the the blue stuff, and Rory should be able to explain anything else he's found out better than Jamie can at the moment, so he shakes his head.]
Not right now. Look, I'll stay around here so you can find me again if you need me. And...Oliver? Thank you.

[and he heads off again, jogging away from Jamie. he's on a mission now]
