0002

[Well, Duo's been back in her own world and has been for a while. What in the world has she been doing? Actually working for once! She stumbles back onto the Plane, wearing a pair of old tattered jeans and a tank top. Her arms were covered in grease almost to her elbows and she sighed as she glanced around.]

I didn't intend to come back here. I needed to get cleaned up.

[It's amazing that there's nothing on that braid of hers. She shrugs a bit and heads off to try and get some of the grease off of her hands.]

[ Just... ignore the random pink haired ninja chick who is trying to figure out how in the world someone can have that much grease on them. It's more a disconnect between what on her world would involve that much grease and the fact on basically any technologically advanced world it's more common a sight. ]

What happened to you?

[ ... Ignore her, or the fact she sounds actually concerned. What's happened to you, lady? She doesn't understand! ]

Salvage yard?

[ The salvage puts her in mind of some kind of scavenging work, over discarded things, but the idea itself is alien. ]

Haven't heard of anything like that.

Ah, like with hydrolic lifts?

Can't even image how big you're talking about. Lifts are about the most you'll find where I'm from. They don't quite generate as much...

[ Gestures to her arms. ]

Of that, either. Though sorry, please, don't let me hold up your plans to get cleaned up.

That's an understatement.

[He's here often enough himself, actually.]
