[Mu is out in the open, in an area that's otherwise quiet. He's sitting crosslegged on the floor, the Aries Cloth box beside him, and on top of that, a large travelling pack. There's a map spread out on the ground in front, and it's been marked up and scribbled on, with places circled and lines drawn.
Mu is studying this map fairly hard, pulling his hair into a tight braid behind his head while he does so. His clothing is again of the functional sort, but somewhat less outlandish than his usual attire. He frowns sometimes, his hands slowing temporarily as he concentrates. Eventually, he manages to tie his hair off, then picks up the map and sighs.]
It's simply too much to ask for an easier place to start, isn't it?

... oops.
So with a guilty frown, he makes his way over.] Uh... hey. ... Journeyin' somewhere?

[Mu is on guard, but will be civil as long as Eithan is]

[Awkward pause, oh man, this is kind of worrying, geez...]
... Uh, hey. About last time... [And now he can't even bring himself to look at Mu. He's going to stare at the ground instead. Yep.] I'm sorry. That... wasn't me. Like, at all.

[It's minute, but Mu relaxes.]
It's fine. You were certainly not the only one.

But he's still gonna change the subject.] But uh, why the huge journey? Somethin' important?

The ranks of my Order are rather depleted. The sacred armours we wear have told me, in their way, that people suitable to wear them have been born again on the Earth. I'd like to find them sooner rather than later.

Not long ago, there was a war in which many of my comrades perished. It is our belief that when we die, our souls reincarnate into a new self. In this new self, we will find our ways back, and continue the work we left off in our last life.
Such a thing is not always immediate, but sometimes it is so. To that end, I need to find those of us who have come back, and bring them back to the Sanctuary.

But they'll be different, won't they? Humans have to grow up, desu, and you'll still grow old.
no subject
Yes, they'll be different people but I need to find them anyways. And even if I do grow old, I feel that I have a very long life ahead of me.

Hey! Are ye finally getting to take that trip ye wanted to go on?
no subject
no subject
So where are ye planning on starting?
no subject
Hereabouts, I think. The mediterranean region usually provides the bulk of the sainthood, so I should have some luck there. .
no subject
But why did ye say that ye wanted an easier place to start, then? Seems to me that if most of the sainthood is there that'd be easy enough.
