[ Angela makes her grand entrance-- by which I mean she stumbles in, obviously rather thrown off by the fact that she's walking on stars, then stares indignantly at all present. ]

Dragged here? But there was a shop! And now this! You're telling me we were dragged here?!

There's a pair of twins and a woman who wanted us here for an experiment, so they dragged us all here.

[ Angela's cracking her knuckles now. ]

That is so not all right with me.

I don't think it's really all right with any of us, but we really don't have a choice.

Then I'll make them give me a choice. No one tells me what to do! Or makes me wander into some kind of starry weird place with people from other worlds and talk about multiple goddesses!

You can try to talk to them, but I don't think they'll listen. Goddesses? I haven't heard anything about them although I know about the worlds thing.

Then they'll be at the business end of a fireball.

Apparently some worlds have more than one goddess. Which is weird, since my world has the Mana Goddess, and she's pretty much the be-all, end-all.

Fireball? So you use fire to attack with? [Mafia boss is curious]

A bunch of people on my world believe in a God that's like that. He created the world and everything. Some of the older religions talk about creation goddesses though...

Oh, not just that. Fire, ice, darkness, air, earth, light... The only elemental spirits who don't have spells I can use are Dryad and Luna.

A god? As in male? Wow. This is getting weirder and weirder.

The people from my world would think that a goddess is weird. It all depends on where your from I guess.

You got it. I'm good at it, too, if I don't say so myself.

The more I talk to people here, the more different their worlds seem from mine. It's hard to imagine a world without a Mana Goddess or a Mana Tree.

I think it's interesting that there are so many worlds out there. Although your goddess and this Mana Tree of yours sound really interesting.

It's weird that other worlds don't have the Mana Goddess and the Mana Tree. Or magic, or anything like that.

I guess our worlds are just very different from each other. But it would be boring if they were exactly the same, right?

Hmm, maybe. I think any world can get boring, though, especially if you're trapped inside by tutors all day long.

Being trapped inside does sound awful, but I think how boring it is depends on your tutor.

Mine are boring, trust me! They seem to think being a queen means you have to sit perfectly still and say nothing at all.

You're a queen? Wow, I've never had the chance to meet royalty before!

I'm not a queen yet, but once Mother steps down, I'll take over. My tutors are acting like it'll be any day now, but Mother's not going to step down any time soon.

I think tutors are just like that. They mean well and all but they can kind of get out of hand. Maybe you can make a deal with them to let you have a day off if you studied really hard the day before?
