What has happened?

Lots of things, I guess! Everyone from Vale, Vault and Lunpa resettled in Kalay, and a few made it to Bilibin, to the east. There are a lot of new mountains forming, so travel out that way is probably going to get really hard soon.

Garet and Ivan and I are...taking Mia back to Imil before it gets much worse. She's been away from home for too long and she's worrying herself to threads about it.

[There's a certain thread of sadness under that last statement. It's been two years and some since Mia joined their little group, and now she's leaving :(]

I hope so. We don't know how much the land is going to change past this - it might get really tough to come and go from Imil.

I hope not. I'd really be sad if I couldn't see Mia anymore. I just hope Imil's held up alright. It's near the coast, so I hope the quakes didn't cause any more complications.
