[ As if there weren't enough problems...

Saga is in his training clothes, standing alone with crossed arms quite deep in thought... but also there's a hint of sorrow on his face.

'Why?... Why them?... My Goddess... They were so kind and free of fault...'

That sweet woman and her old but kind father who owned the small grocery store...

When most of the villagers heard about the rumors of his actions, saying hurtful things behind his back and rejecting him... those two were the only ones who treated him like a human being and not like a monster. The Gemini knew them since he became a Saint; the woman at that time was a little girl and had such an infatuation on him, which Saga found quite humorous back then. Now... they are dead... and he can't help but feel sad with the sole thought...

He gives a few steps forward and changes his posture. A fist against his mouth and the other hand on his waist, as if trying to find a logic about what happened to them. Suddenly, his eyes get an angrier look.

'I will find the bastard who did this...'

Finally, he composes and straightens as the fearsome Saint he is known for... ]

I'm taking things very seriously, Saga-san!

I'm not going to take unnecessary risks, Saga-san. None of us are. But until we know more, all of us looking for information independently means we cover more ground.

Well ... we don't know anything about how or why the people were taken, only that all of the clues that usually indicate an abduction weren't there -- no signs of a struggle, no call for help, nothing like that!

Forensics examined the bodies once they were found and they say that the victims died within an hour of being found -- but that's weird too, 'cause there were no signs of them having eaten, and to be missing so long, they'd have to! So we think maybe that's proof the Plane is involved -- time is weird.

Cause of death is probably blood loss -- people can survive losing a hand if they get proper emergency treatment, but in these cases ...

No one in my world who examined the bodies has reported signs of care being taken of the wound.

Forensics described whatever severed the hands as 'tooth-like'. The information from Inspector Menzies' world is the same.

As in caused by something that was very like a big tooth.
