[Yuri appears on the Astral Plane wearing a dark gray kimono, and holding what looks like a blue egg...with wings. He looks up startled, and the egg takes the chance to wiggle out of his grip and fly up to smack him in the head a couple of times. As the Harmonixer curses, the egg flies off a little way, hovers uncertainly, then the wings retract and it drops to the ground.] Shit! What did she do that for?

What do you mean? She's the only Anastasia I've ever heard of...

[Is quiet a moment, trying to remember the story.] Anastasia Romanova? Daughter of a Russian czar, I think. She ends up being pretty famous, but I can't remember the whole story.

[Blinks] Yeah that's her, how did you....Oh yeah, the time thing. So she becomes famous, huh? For doing what?

For...[Shuts up rather abruptly and smiles a little sheepishly.] I don't remember, really.

[Eyes Li, not really believing him but decides not to ask. He doesn't really worry about the future much.] I just hope being famous didn't go to her head.

Huh. That's surprising. If Kurando was with her though....you know if she got married?

No, sorry...I only really know the main points of the story.

[Shrugs] Guess I'll just have to see what happens. [Goes over to pick up the egg]

It's interesting that Anastasia would be lobbing winged eggs at you...I don't think she did that in my world. [He's half-kidding but then again he's not sure.]

I'm not even sure why she did threw it at me in my world! She looked cute in that kimono and I though she liked it, so why would she cared if Kurando saw her in it?

[Nods sympathetically.] Me neither, I expect...

It's like the expect you to know everything. Why can't they just tell you what's bothering them? What happened to them?

Women are strange. They communicate on a different level. [Sighs.]

[Glances at him] It's worse when they don't tell you things sometimes, when they don't want to worry you so keep things from you...

[Yuri clenches his fist, forgetting that he's holding the egg. Then he quickly loosens his hold with a curse. He isn't sure that he can actually hurt the thing, but he doesn't want to risk it and have Anastasia mad at him]

[Sees the reaction and looks away, saying nothing, though anger is simmering beneath the surface as he thinks about Amber.]

[Notices Li looking away and wonders a little about it. But he has enough stuff he doesn't want to talk himself, so he doesn't pry]
