[ In the woods, Saga is sitting under a tree with his back against the trunk, wearing his Cloth. He's sleeping... veeery deep sleeping. But if someone looks closely, his face looks tired as if he hadn't slept well for several days. Even worse... his features are much sadder than usual. The reasons? Unknown... yet.

He shifts his head a little to the side, trying to adjust himself in his position... ]

Hey, I didn't know you were sleeping there! I tried to be quiet!

You tried. [See that? Despite his tired face he still grins.]

[pouts] I didn't know I needed to be in advance!

But you okay, Saga? I could leave you to it.

[His face becomes a little serious.] I was... resting.

[well, that's not exactly confidence-inspiring] What's going on?

I haven't been sleeping well.

[Oliver frowns. he doesn't tend to sleep well either, and he has a feeling there's more to those words than Saga is saying]

Do you know why?

[Hesitant at first.] I do know. And I never thought I would again.

[worriedly] Saga...? What do you mean?

[Takes his time to explain.] ... Have you ever had bad dreams about the things you've done?

[Oliver's eyes widen at the question. he was wondering if Saga's trouble sleeping was related to that, but somehow it's still startling to have it confirmed] ...yeah. [he swallow hard, finding his throat suddenly dry] Um...a lot, actually... You?

[Looks at him a little sheepish. Silence is more than obvious.]

Ah. So that's your trouble sleeping, huh? [he moves over to sit next to Saga] What have you tried so far to help?

Sleeping pills or some other home remedy, you mean?

Well, yeah, that's one place to start. Mu tried to give me some suggestions once, too. He might have ideas that could help.

It's okay. I doubt it works.

It's more a subconscious matter.

[Oliver frowns, knowing what Saga means. his voice softens] Have you tried doing anything about that, then?

[Silent at first.] I've always had nightmares. About my evil self, the things that I've done before and through those thirteen years as the Holy Father... and recently.

[nods, understanding] It...I know this doesn't really help, but it gets better. Over time, you know.

Still, you've gotta find a way to get some sleep, Saga.

[That's not even a solution for him, Oli-boy. And it only brings more queries. He's doubtful at first about telling him this.] ... There was a time... after what happened on the Plane... [pauses] I wanted to punish myself...

I'm not proud of it, though...

[his eyes widen at that, and he grabs Saga by the shoulders] No. Saga, no way. That won't change anything, and you know it!

I know. [Saga avoids his friend's gaze.] If I didn't do it, I would have gone mad of guilt.

[he shakes his head, trying to catch Saga's gaze. his tone is firm] You're still sane. You're strong enough to get through this. It's over now!

[He finally looks at Oliver with a sad smile.] Such a pathetic action for someone like me, don't you think?

[Oliver shakes his head. he's scared to look Saga in the eyes right now, but he forces himself to] You didn't do it. That's not pathetic.
