[Aziraphale appears on the Plane, looking somewhat distressed. He paces for a moment, having some sort of silent conversation with himself, and then turns and heads for the bar. He sits, pours himself a drink, and downs it.]

It's my own fault, you know. This was inevitable from the moment I said all I had to do was merely ensure it didn't happen.

[He pours another drink.]

[Chloe has been exploring around the Plane, gathering her bearings and ensuring she has a decent mental map of the area for when--if--she decided to return. It was also better to have more things to tell the others about this place when she returns, right? So when she sees Ezra seated at the bar, downing an alcoholic drink and muttering to himself, Chloe can't help but feel a bit concerned. Slowly, she makes her way to him, concern in her visage.]

Ezra? [She pauses. Waits a moment.] Is everything okay?

[He looks up from his drink at Chloe's arrival, smiling briefly at her.]

Chloe! Hello, dear girl.

[Then his smile fades as he returns to his previous thoughts.]

I'm - not entirely certain at the moment, but I do hope it will be.

[He hadn't exactly stuck around long enough in his reality once he'd noticed the changes that had occurred to find out, but he's quite aware that he will have to go back at some point.]

[Why did she get the feeling his smile was for her benefit, and something was definitely up?]

You hope it will be? So... what isn't okay now, then? [She moves to sit beside him, hoping no one will mind or come through to card her, if that even happened here.] Anything I can do to help?

You're very kind to offer, but it's unlikely.

[There's unlikely anything anyone can do to help it, even Aziraphale himself. Except hope that no one - Heaven, Hell, and Adam especially - notices the changes in reality, and if they do, they don't come looking for Aziraphale because of it.]

I, er. Recently discovered my own reality has - changed, somewhat.

[Hearing him out, Chloe waits patiently before she asks any more questions.]

Changed? Changed how?

[He takes a sip from his drink before he answers her question.]

Some things that used to be there are gone, and things that shouldn't be there are.

So...in essence...reality has shifted.

[If she hadn't been sitting, she would have needed to in that moment.]

Not good. How--why did that happen? Wait. Is this because of that... emotionally becoming tied to someone thing?

Yes, I suspect that may have something to do with it. You were told about the possibility of this happening as well, then?

[He shakes his head.]

I'm more concerned with someone noticing, at the moment.

[The reality changes themselves are troubling, of course. It's not as though Aziraphale can simply undo them. He's tried, and was entirely unsuccessful. But the last thing he needs is someone from Heaven or Hell to notice them and come investigating.]

[Crowley arrives in the bar suddenly, clearly having just come from his world. He looks distressed. He sits next to Aziraphale.]

Angel, we have a problem.

[Aziraphale pushes the drink he's just poured towards Crowley, materializing a second glass and pouring himself another one.]

More than one, it would seem. Unless they're essentially the same one. Is your world looking - er. Different?

[Aziraphale sets the bottle down in front of Crowley.]

Yes. I'm not entirely certain how wide spread it is. I stayed just long enough to determine that attempting to return things to the way they were had no effect.

[He tips the bottle into his glass and leans ever so slightly on the angel.]

There are a few buildings that seem to be gone. Well. Not entirely gone, but their rubble remains aren't any better.

And the water is - red. Not entirely, but it is noticeable.

[The leaning is inexplicably comforting, and he does nothing to discourage it.]

Huh.... [He drinks from his glass, thinking a moment. You're going to have to prod him for information, angel.]

[He takes another drink from his own glass. There's a brief pause as he waits for Crowley to say what's happened to his world in return.]

[She's behind him, hands linked behind her back and a small frown tugging on her features; she never approved of drinking]

[He looks back at the sound of her voice, and smiles slightly at seeing a somewhat familiar face.]

Oh! Hello, dear girl.

[Aziraphale grimaces slightly, looking a bit sheepish.]

I, er. Seem to have been thinking out loud. I'm - not entirely certain, and the moment, but I do have hopes that everything will be.

[Oliver is sitting in the bar--not because anything is particularly wrong at the moment, but just because he enjoys a good pint now and then, and even the time and availability of that can be spotty when one is living in the TARDIS. but in any case, he sees Aziraphale come in and immediately doesn't like his expression]

[He blinks slightly, then smiles apologetically.]

Oliver! I apologize, dear boy, I didn't see you.

I, er. Seem to have run into the problem of sincerely hoping no one notices a reality merger much more quickly than I'd thought.

Oh. [his eyes widen a little. he knows from experience how awkward those can be] How bad is it? Anything we could find a way to help with?

I can't be certain of the extent, but I don't believe it's too bad as of yet.

[No one seems to have noticed it yet, at least. Granted, Aziraphale didn't remain very long after the discovery.]

I don't suppose you know of a way to reverse them?

[Oliver makes a face] Sort of. I've only seen it happen when the person it came from stops coming here. And even then, it wasn't right away.

Ah. Certainly not a very viable solution. I'd suspected as much, though.

Yeah! They thought it was weird at first, but...well, people adapt. Like with anything, I guess.

Are you still worried about your friend? You don't think he'll know it had to do with you, do you?
