That one was Roshi's, actually. Shion was quite serious about what he taught me.

It is sometimes painful to relive memories. But also sweet.

When the memories are more painful than happy it is best to leave them in the past. [ She thinks back to Tokusa but discards the thoughts almost as soon as she thinks them. ]

There is nothing bad about reliving a memory - it is losing yourself to them that's dangerous. For much of my adolescence, I felt as though I was doing just that.
