[ Everyone's favorite Emo Saint is chillin' out at the Astral Bar, having some bourbon in a glass with a bottle aside. He gazes at the inside for a moment before giving a big sip at it, eyes closed with an emotionless face and a sigh.

The idea of becoming a year older doesn't excite nor depress him... and Saga isn't a fan of birthdays. He just asks for a normal day at least.

But the Plane doesn't make any exceptions... ]

[He... shuts his mouth and his eyes widen. WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT?!]

[Stops abruptly with eyes half-closed.]

[when Oliver enters the bar, he's not visiting for any particular reason. he just likes to have a pint now and then, really--and now is a particularly good time for it since he left the Doctor working on some fault in the TARDIS, and who knows how long that might take to resolve. so it's with some surprise that he finds Saga there when he arrives. he hurries over to sit next to his friend, feeling a mixture of relief and worry at the sight of him mulling over that glass] Hey, Saga. You all right?

[Saga... doesn't even turn to look at him. He isn't mad, but just... this last month has been difficult for him. Still, he doesn't know how to talk to Oliver about what happened between them.]

[Placing the glass gently on the bar counter.] Why are you here?

[oliverplus]

[Oliver can't help it; he's a little hurt by that reaction--and worried that Saga is planning to try to push him away after everything that happened. but in that case, he'll just have to make sure he doesn't let him]

I just wanted a pint. [shrugs, then looks sidelong at Saga] What about you?

[sosweet]

[He slides the old bottle of bourbon to him, without saying a word and gives a final sip to his glass.]

[oliverplus]

[Oliver makes a face at the lack of an answer, but he accepts the bottle, grabbing a glass for himself] Cheers. [he glances at Saga as he pours the glass] So...how've you been?

[Can't understand why Oliver asks as if nothing happened. He's about to answer when--]

[His eyes widen in shock and glares at Oliver angrily.] ... What did you do?

[Oliver stares back at him, just as shocked] What!? I didn't do anything! I'm not the one who just broke out in song!

[He was about to say something, but instead he turns and half-closes his eyes in irritation.] I am sorry. That was uncalled for.

[Shun normally doesn't come near the bar much, but now he is here on a Mission. He's trying to find something else that the phoenix on his shoulder would like. Not that this is a particularly majestic phoenix though. It looks more like a fluffy chick with pretty colored feathers, but Shun does mind.

When he spots Saga he stops for a moment then approaches him hesitantly.] Hi, Saga.

[Saga squints at Shun... and the little bird on his shoulder who looked more like a phoenix.] Shun.

[Shun reaches up to pet said bird, who coos] Umm..how are you? [He has never seen Saga in a bar before. Not that he's really seen him many places at all but still]

[And what about those times when he was served wine by his hare--I mean! courtesans?] [Shakes his glass so the ice-cubes rattle inside as he closes his eyes.] Fine, I believe.

[Mu does not appear in the bar, but if Saga goes back to his temple now, the Gemini cloth will be completely restored, now golden and pristine, courtesy of one (1) Aries Saint from a different reality]

[And he is thankful to him. Saga will have a talk with the lambyderp and give him an apology in his own Gemini style.]
