[ She's on the plane, with a stone face. Her powers are gone, and the replacement isn't half bad. It's not too far from what she's used to, but she's still boiling furious at something of hers being taken away.

[ In her sleeves, she's concealing a knife. It just feels nice to have in her hands. Like the option of stabbing someone is always there, regardless of actual intention. ]

Yeah, Oliver put a list up at the info booth, where anyone could report what they've lost and gained. That way, if you see what you've lost on the list, you know who to talk to.

Well... now that you mention it, I think I might have seen a blue ribbon on my ship. But I thought it was just something one of my nurses used to tie back her hair. What shade of blue is it?

[She drops off the Plane, returning a few minutes later holding a blue ribbon like Bern's description.] This it?

[ She takes it-- and the cat tail beneath her skirt curls around to the front so she can tie it on properly.

All of a sudden, it feels like she's in her own skin again. ]

Yes. That's... exactly it. Thank you.

[Well, she wasn't expecting a tail but... ok.]

Uh, sure. Um, is-- do you feel like you have your ability back?

[ That tone of voice... maybe that ribbon was better lost forever. Burned. ]

Mmm... [She shrugs and shakes her head.] Honestly, I can't think of anything I need. Let's just say that giving you back what you needed and foiling whatever the Machine's plans are regarding it is reward enough.

Lambdadelta tends to involve herself in everything I do-- I'm the strongest witch in the universe, and that's a title I won from her. She intends to take it back.

[Well, that's interesting. So you literally bore a witch to death... not exactly as fantastic a killing method as he would have expected.]

She made a similar request upon her arrival, so I directed her to something that might captivate her interest— to be honest, I was hoping she might be stupid enough to kill herself... but I guess that's what I deserve for being so naive.

How bored does she have to get to be sick of living, I wonder?

Considering she wants to break my down so I can do nothing but cry and eat from the palm of her hand... or take one of my eyes and dip them in her tea, all her 'boredom' revolves around me. Annoying.

She has... [ They really do go a way back. ] Don't underestimate her. She puts up that charade of being haughty and acting like a spoiled brat because it fools people into not seeing the real her. But she's reckless.

If she only wished to begin the game, however, he certainly had no desire to stop her: the sooner they reveal the strange little girl's secret, the better.]
