[Sup guys? Today Isaac brings a table covered in a map and a few lists of people and things. There's also a half-finished meal off to one side, but it's forgotten at the moment as Isaac seems totally engrossed in his work. Or he would be if he wasn't yawning enormously, rubbing at his eyes with one hand while the other holds onto various papers.]

Ugh, this is a mess. I hope Ivan gets back soon.

I....Yeah, sorta. Haven't really had to use them in a long time. Think it'll help?

Any idea how to feed two villages worth of people with one village's worth of food? Because this is what it's beginning to look like, unless Ivan can bring back some from Kalay.

[her eyes widen] Not enough food, that sounds familiar. I asked the Plane for help, and it worked out pretty well.

Yeah? I might have to give that a try. Right now one of my friends is asking his adopted father if he can spare anything. Master Hammet is pretty wealthy and Kalay is big. If they can come through for us, we might be set.

[Isaac nods a bit] Vault's crops were pretty good this year so they had a bit of a surplus, but we're going to eat our way through that in about a month. [Now thoughtful,] We might be able to hunt up some food if we really need it. Game can be scarce, but there's bound to be something.
