[Time to get back to business. Mu shows up on the plane with about two-dozen Cloths in tow, all in various states of disrepair. Some have tell-tale smudges of the black blood given to the revived plane-goers.

The saint of Aries is sitting roughly in the centre with a list resting on his lap and a faint glow about him. When he speaks, he seems to be addressing the Cloths themselves, even as he takes a knife to cut the centre of his palm open again, laying it on the closest one at hand.]

I know you still mourn, but please, speak to me if your masters have found their way back.

[With him, as always is the Cloth of Aries, a single golden figure amidst a crowd of dulled silver.]

[Emil watches from a few feet away. He's curious about what Mu is doing, but hesitant to approach for a myriad of reasons.

Most of all, he wants people to stop /worrying/ about him. He's fine. Really.]

[It takes Mu a few moments to look up from his task, since he can feel the eyes on him. When he spots Emil, he smiles]

Only among my order. Cloths such as these may only be worn by Saints of Athena.

Why do they require blood?

[lamb_of_gold]

Because they are alive. If a Cloth is damaged, it can often times repair itself, much the way a human body can - with time and care, it will be as good as new. In the case of more serious damage, a Cloth requires more energy to heal, which it takes in through what is normally the blood of it's master.

And the blood they replaced yours with works just as well. Interesting.

I was surprised when I first learned of it, but it spares me complications.

My blood seems to be mostly the same. Though, does your world have an elemental system?

[lamb_of_gold]

Not strictly. Some Saints specialize in manifesting their cosmos in certain ways. The fallen Saint of Aquarius and his student Cygnus, for example, can use it to slow down the movement of atoms, effectively freezing their targets.

But not a matter of darkness, light, fire, water, air, and earth. Troublesome. [But he waves it off. He'll just have to do more experiments on himself, which is actually a bit fun.] The variations between worlds are interesting enough on their own.

Certainly nothing quite like that, no. Have you noticed side-effects?

No. You have other things to set your mind to. I'm simply deciding an order in which to care for these.

[He can't really deny that he has to concentrate on other things. This is another reminder of that.] ...So many empty Cloths. Are they all from fallen Saints?

Yes. Theses are the ones who are empty, and who's masters didn't leave a student behind.
