E-excuse me. I think there's been some kind of misunderstanding. I - I just met Sault-san and Lapis-san and Lazuli-san and now I've somehow found my way here.

[They all seemed like such nice people, and so welcoming~]

I thought I was in a shop, but now I can't even find a door. It looks like something from a world beyond. Places like this only exist in horror films and scary stories.

[She thinks about this deeply for a few minutes. Suddenly she freezes, and then gapes, completely shocked.]

Unless - unless everything everyone used to say wasn't a misunderstanding at all and I really did somehow channel supernatural powers to access this place. All this time I was afraid I disappointed everyone with my lack of ghostly powers. When I go home I'll have to tell Ayane-chan for sure, but I'll try to do it when Chizu-chan isn't around. That way she won't be too scared.

[Sawako stares off into space as she thinks about this, staring up at the stars over her head.]

A very interesting one. There are books from all worlds and times, which is what interests me.

{He doesn't offer his arm (not that Sawako would take it anyways, haha), but starts towards the library}

You are still in school, I assume. What is it that you study?

An athletic festival? That sounds... {Boring, because Robespierre was the nerdy nonathletic boy, duh} Bizarre. Any festivals we may have had in school were for either arts, since such celebration was and still remains in vogue, or for religion.

{But he doesn't hesitate in answering} Matters of diplomacy. Currently, I am spending my time in London in hopes of meeting an old teacher of mine.

How interesting. I suppose some things will not change. Though out of curiosity, where in the Orient are you from, Mademoiselle Sawako? I have read what there is to know of these countries, but they still remain largely a mystery.

{He clasps his hands behind his back. "Paying respect" isn't quite it at all, but her optimism is better than the truth.}

His guidance rarely falters. The man is like a second father to me, so it would be ill to not visit him while I was in London.

Japan...? Ah, that is the island off of the coast of China, is it not? I only know of it because of my time in Russia. I have known of no one to go there. I assumed that you were from China, for which I apologize.

He does. I wrote to him when I left Russia that we would be arriving in a month or so.

{He hesitates, but does end up taking the map and looking at it. Woah, the borders are really different. But as he looks at it, he keeps talking, and actually vaguely smiles}

I suppose I have. It was a part of my previous line of work to travel most of Europe, so I have seen much of it and met many of its leaders.

All of the countries of Europe, though looking at this map, I can say the borders are quite different and that some of these countries do not exist in my time. And Russia, but I have mentioned that already. But France has little interest in the world outside of the major powers, so I have been nowhere else, only heard of such places.

I would be interested in visiting the American colonies of England, but few Frenchman are allowed passage into England with little animosity. I would not push my luck as far as to ask passage into their new ventures for land.

{That and I'm too busy overthrowing the government of France}

Your optimism is touching, Mademoiselle Sawako.

{And here they are at the library! I don't know if there's like a door or what, but whatever, they go inside. Robespierre, of course, holds the door open for Sawako to enter first.}

Here we are. I know nothing of how it came here, but it is a beautiful structure.
