[sitting at a desk in the middle of the Astral Plane, working on his paperwork like a good little nancy boy. And, like a good little nancy boy, he's listening to a broadway musical. On the glasses Fumie gave him, to be specific.

In fact, he's singing along to one. Yes indeed, Sam's singing "If You Were Gay."]

[blinks, but explains!] It's when two men love each other. Or two women. But it generally means two men. So if someone 'is' gay, it means they, uh, have a tendancy to fall in love with men.

Is that a bad thing?

Not at all, in fact! But some people think it is. So it's important for the friends of people who are gay to show their support.

Ah. [tilts her head, then nods, smiling] Then I support you, desu~

...I'm not... I'm not gay.

Then why were you singing about it? And why would it be bad if you were? I thought being gay was okay, desu?

It's a... it's a song, from a musical. So I was singing along to the song. It's actually about a bloke trying to tell his friend that he'd be fine with it if his friend was gay. And it's not bad, it's just... I'm not. If I was, it'd be okay, but I'm not.

Do you know a lot of songs?

A fair few, yeah.

Can you sing one of those, then?

...just any random song?

Sure~ I can sing with you, if you like~

Then it'd have to be a song we both know. [wondering what songs are in a Japanese Doll's repetoire]

Well~ I know, um... [frowns, thinking about this] I know children's songs, desu! And, ah... um... a few German folk songs and some French songs, desu...

You know French and German songs?

Well, Father made me in Germany, desu~ And the little strawberry taught me some of her French songs from when she lived there.

A strawberry taught you - oh, a nickname. [then again, it is a small talking Doll] Right?

Of course, desu~ Hina-Ichigo lived in France when she was awake last time. Sometimes she starts speaking it when she isn't thinking. I never lose my sense of where I am, though, so I don't start speaking German~

Have you travelled a lot? And what do you mean by 'awake'? [having weird Diva-related deja vu]

[shakes her head] Not really, no. Only where I've woken up because someone turned my key, desu. The last time I was awake, Souseiseki and I were still in Germany and there was a war. She and Shinku tried fighting, but... [shrugs] If we aren't wound, then we don't move, desu, and we simply sleep in our boxes until someone decides to wind us.

Oh, you're wind-up dolls... That must be very strange.

[blinks] Why would it be strange?

Needing someone to wind you up all the time? Though, I guess if it's the life you're used to...

Not all the time, desu~ Just once, or if we get really tired and use up too much energy~ See? [twirls around] I don't need my key when I'm all ready moving, desu~

[laughs] I do see that, very nice.
