[Hei appears a ways away from where the normal crowd gathers, carrying a brand new Satake telescope. He sets it up carefully on its tripod and settles in for some quiet time with the stars. He'll talk to anyone who comes by, though.]

A teeny-tiny one, even smaller than the Little Dipper. It's sometimes called "the Seven Sisters," because seven of the stars are really bright. And all of them are newborn stars.

You sure know a lot about stars! Do you study them, or something?

Ah...it's more of a hobby, really. I've always liked them...this is just things I've picked up over the years. [Small smirk.] Not much time for study, you see.

I wish my hobbies taught me things like that. All I've learned is how to properly fit dresses, and master games. [Laughs.] Ne, so everyone keeps you really busy?

Ahh, fine! I've been helping everyone prepare for this year's Watanagashi Festival. It's only a few days away, so I was kind of busy~

Ah, I remember you telling me about the Watanagashi Festival. So you're on the set-up committee?

Things have been normal, mostly. [Meaning stakeouts, undercover work, and killing people :D]

[Nods.] More or less. There's a lot to do and our village is rather small, so everyone does their part to help out.
