Maa, why is school giving such a heavy workload? We don't have time for cases anymore. I haven't had free time in forever. Middle school exams are coming up, too. I'm doomed.

They're tests you take to get into middle school.

It's, uhm, well it's above elementary school but below high school, so it's like intermediate levels of knowledge.

[nods] Mhm! But they're hard tests and a lot of times, what you learned in school isn't on it. So you have to go to another school like cram school or summer school.

Guess it is. To be honest, being a Harmonxier has a lot to do with that. It's easy to learn to fight when you can turn into something that has good instincts for fighting.

Hey! [Falls back into his fighting stance] I'm good at fighting like this too. I have to be. It's stupid to waste power by fusing each time I get into a fight, and if I'm fighting another person I usually don't see the point in fusing.

I am good. I've been practicing for years. I can kick the asses of any of those guys who think you have have a fancy 'style' in order to be a good fighter, without fusing.
