[There's nothing quite like suddenly appearing somewhere new to wake a body up. Chivy had been just getting out of bed when he found himself very much not where he expected to be.]

Hello? Anybody?

[with no immediate response, he tried just walking forward. Neither direction looked better, but there wasn't much point in standing still.]

[he sighs, stuffing his phone back into his pants pocket. it used to work on the Plane, why not now? it reminds him of the multi-levelled onsen, but only in the fact that he can't drop from the Plane. the fact that he's in the same situation again actually leaves him a little uneasy--not that he'll let that on to anyone.]

[and speaking of anyone, he hears someone's voice echoing back to him.]

Ah--hey! [he runs forward, soon rounding a corner and spots someone ahead of him] So, you're stuck here too, huh?

ages later... don't blame you if you want to just give up on this. Sorry for fail

[He stops when he hears Kaoru, and directs the baffled look at him. He's glad that he isn't alone, but he wishes he'd gotten stuck with someone who knew what was going on. Then again, that might have made things too easy.]

I guess so. You have any idea where "here" is?

It's fine! I don't want to give it up.

Nah, not a clue. I was hoping for the Plane, but I can't leave. Can you?

[Chivy shakes his head after a moment, looking even more confused.]

No, I can't. And I'm Chivy Darrell. I wasn't even trying to come to the Plane this time.

[holds his hand out] Hitachiin Kaoru. You can call me Kaoru.

So you weren't trying to go there, huh? Hmm. Where were you trying to go, then?

[shakes the offered hand]

Nice to meet you. No, I was just.. getting up. I wasn't really going anywhere. [He looks around] There's got to be a way out of here, right? Hopefully, anyway.

[mutters to himself] That explains the pajamas...

Yeah, there's definitely a way out. We got in, after all! I know I wasn't having much luck in the direction I was going before, so let's try...this way! [he slings an arm around Chivy's shoulders and spins him in the direction he means]

[Chivy wobbles a little when spun, but quickly finds his balance.]

Alright! [He starts walking.] This has got to have something to do with the Plane, though, right?

Although... [he glances at Chivy out of the corner of his eye] Maybe we were both kidnapped and were made to forget it had happened.

Kidnapped? [Chivy looks pretty shocked at the idea of it.] Why would somebody kidnap us?

[an innocent shrug] Ransom money? Though, if they wanted that, they should have snatched my brother too.

Nobody's going to pay ransom for me. Maybe if we can't find a way out, we can find whoever brought us here.

[he looks somewhat surprised by that statement. pajamas, and the poor lighting, however, do not make for an ideal place to scrutinise one's possible monetary worth] No? Why not?

But you do have a point there! [he smiles and turns to the right, heading down another corridor]

[Right sounds just as good as any direction!]

There isn't anybody who would pay it. [Except Lynna and Sefton, maybe, but even so...] Or, well, the only ones who would don't really have enough money.
