Welcome to the first annual Astral Plane Speed Dating Event! Have a seat at the tables! Those of you sitting in the left seat, you'll move to the next table every time the song changes!

((ooc: If you're not familiar with speed dating, the basic concept is that one half of the people sit at a table, and the other half move in between the tables every five minutes or so. You just talk to the other person about whatever until the time is up!

For this post, just comment with who you want to participate with, and then tag around to the other participants and have fun and build some slightly awkward CR. Renge isn't actually going to be tagging, but for those characters that aren't super social, Renge will force you to participate if she sees you. That's just what she does. And one other thing! To tag to people here, you have to make a comment offering up your character, too! Fair's fair, right?))

Alright, I guess. I'm...actually thinking of moving back to France, so I'm a little worried about that, I guess.

[and he perks up a little at that, smiling in a much more relaxed and fond manner]

That should be very exciting I would think, it's a beautiful place and it was even once your home. Why are you worried?

Oh, just because I'll be doing it all on my own! I can't take too much money with me, either, so it'll really be starting over. I...decided to do something Sam suggested to me, a long time ago.

Starting over isn't always bad, people can be very welcoming. After all, when you arrived here you came on your own, and you were able to make lots of friends. I'm sure France will be no different.

What do you think you'll do when you get there?

...I really don't know. I guess I'll just ask around to get a job, since I...wouldn't be able to sing anymore. But it can't be that hard. I'll find something.

Why won't you be able to sing anymore?

My voice is too famous. I would definitely get caught if I tried to become a singer again.

But you'll still sing for yourself, won't you? It would be a terrible thing to hide your talent forever.

Oh I'd have to! I think I would die if I couldn't sing at all.

That's very good to hear. It would be a terrible thing for you to give up that part of yourself. You have such a beautiful voice and beautiful things should never be hidden.

Well, I'll still sing here, hopefully.

[smiles, although it is a little sad]

I really was glad to be able to hear your voice before. It was a lot of fun to get to play with you before.

[and he looks like he might want to say more but he stops himself. He pushes it aside, and smiles again, the more practiced host type of smile.]

I'm sure the people here would love the chance to hear your voice in a concert of some sort. Maybe you can use the ballroom you brought here.

{She tilts her head a little} Well, I guess there's that, but...Do you want to play with me again, Tamaki?

[he puts his fingers through the back of his hair nervously. He's tempted to say yes, but he did make a promise, but...and he is torn.]

[he laughs nervously and offers a smile]

That offer is very tempting, but I can't just stand up and leave in the middle of an event. It wouldn't be very fair to anyone else who might be seeking my company, right?

Oh, not now, but later. I'm having fun too, after all.

Are you? I'm glad to hear that. This is a very nice opportunity to get to meet new people and spend time with old friends. And of course the promise of possible romance is always enough to warm anyone's heart.
