Apparently it's intent on annoying us. Not exactly something new I suppose, but still rather aggravating.

You got that right. Hopefully it doesn't keep us here, like with the hot springs. Be a bit worse if it did that here.

...What's with the bird? It get dragged here too? [Because that is a valid question to ask when someone is carrying a bird around with them.]

[Said bird is now attempting to hide it's head in Firesong's robes] She was on my shoulder begging for treats when I was pulled here. Apparently that was close enough contact for her to end up here as well. Hopefully it will teach her to be less greedy.

They had better not be planning on keeping us here. At least the hotsprings had accommodations. I can't see anything of the sort in this place.

She doesn't appear overly fond of his area so far. [He manages to get get Aya calm enough to transfer the bird to his shoulder where she clings, all her feathers fluffed out.] Then I suppose we should set out. Standing in one place doesn't seem like the safest thing to do. [Starts walking deeper into the Labyrinth.]

[Is trying to act far more confident than he's feeling this place unnerves him.] Have you ever seen a place like this before?

[Oh hey, they're in the same boat then.] I've been to a few ruins before, but not anything like this, no. What about you?

Nothing like this, no. I've been in places that could be considered ruins but even they were friendlier than this. [He frowns as he notices something sparkling on the wall. He reaches out and touches it, causing a flash of light to go off. It half blinds Firesong and he steps away from the wall, blinking rapidly] Well, that was interesting.

Yeah, no kiddi--- GAH! [Haseo had the bad luck to be looking in that direction as well. She stumbles back, away from the blindy thing, and into a nearby wall. ...When she feels it about to give way, she stumbles forward again.] Either the folks who made this did a crappy job or there's another passage that way.

[Decides to go over to see what Haseo has found. He keeps his hands behind his back, not want to blind himself again.] A secret passage perhaps? Or, it could have been an attempt to force us down this path since we didn't see any other choices.

...or the construction's just that bad. Pretty sure walls aren't supposed to do that. [Pauses and considers this.] Still, though - there any other options that you can see?

I suppose going through this wall is the most likely to get us somewhere useful. [He examines the weakened wall with magesight for a moment] Do you think that you could break it down on your own? I can use magic to do so if I must, but that would advertise our presence to anything around here that could sense magic.
