[It's been a while, Plane. Emil appears cautiously, not accompanied by any beasts. Or girlfriends. It's just him. He glances this way and that, as if afraid of being attacked, and then he simply sighs and flumps down where he is, his back against the wall of the old movie theatre.]

Have I changed that much? Maybe I've changed too much...

[He pulls his knees to his chest and rests his forehead on them.]

How am I supposed to save the people in front of me if I can't even save myself?

Hey, if it makes you feel better? You definitely didn't almost kill me. I've been almost killed plenty of times, so I know what that's like.

But it was a bad choice of words. Do worry about it, but don't beat yourself up over it. If Scarecrow was involved, Power Girl and I, at least, can't really blame you for anything. People that aren't from our world may be upset, but they don't know Scarecrow, either.

I wish I could blame it all on Dr. Crane, but I can't. This... the angry part of me... he's been there since I made the oath to become a Knight of Ratatosk.
