{There is suddenly a giant mansion on the Plane. Yes, really. And there are two people standing on its roof. Well, technically one, since Diva is being carried by her Chevalier. And she seems quite happy about it.}

Ahhh, Eddie, it really does look so wonderful here! ♥ I think the scenery is much better than that lake. The stars are so much prettier to look at. Ne, but what were you saying about a room for yourself, anyways?

[Eddie seems quite pleased with himself, holding Diva in his arms and looking out over the Plane. If he had a cape, it would be billowing in the wind right now. But capes are for dorks, anyway]

Think of it as a hobby room.

...A hobby room? What sort of hobby room? You're not allowed to paint question marks all over it, if that's what you mean!

Something like that. I need a place for my riddles, after all. [He jumps down from the roof, landing effortlessly on the Plane and turning back to the house, Diva still in his arms]

Now, what was that about a party?

{She holds onto his neck a bit more tightly as he jumps down, but just pouts up at him}

You're not allowed to paint question marks in it. You can paint it green, but that would just be awful. I don't want you to ruin my house, Eddie.

{which is final, bitch}

Ah, but a party would be fun! Oh, it really would be, since I never really threw a housewarming party for this house in the first place. Updown Court had a lovely one, but it wasn't like anyone on the Plane could come. Ne, but Jerry isn't invited. I don't want him to try and steal my things while I'm not looking.

[There's a slight roll of his eyes] It's just one room.

[Though suddenly he grins] You know, I think dear old Jerry boy owes us quite a lot at this point. Maybe a special room, just for him...

{Completely ignoring the first part,} Ohh, what kind of room do you mean? A very special one, like the one that Amshel made for Solomon? You know I've said that I really shouldn't be hurting people that way anymore. Especially not our dearest Jerry.

[They are finishing that talk later]
I'm not going to kill him, really. Nobody has ever died from a bruise or two.

{Grins} Oh, if that's what you have in mind, then maybe we should. Ne, but let's have that party, first. I want to share Villa Madrona with everyone.

[He finally sets her down, walking forward and throwing the doors open] No time to waste, then.

{She giggles briefly before trotting after him}

((ooc: Diva and Eddie have brought one of her mansions to the Plane to spite Jerry! It'll be here from now on. For those of you that are interested, the house is laid out in this post, but they didn't bring the guest house with them. Everything else is there, though.

And they'll just be...chilling inside. So feel free to let your characters explore, try to find them, whatever.))

Whyever not? I sunbathe on the roof all the time. I doubt it's any more dangerous when I'm clothed.

I can hardly strut about undressed in the garden, can I? It may be my home, but there are servants to consider, and mummy would be so disappointed. On the roof, I've the sun without much of a chance of anyone coming up to disturb me.

That just sounds lovely. I'd like to get a starburn. Though the sun is a star. Scientifically, I mean. Perhaps all suns are stars but not all stars are suns. Do you know which way it is?

[of course, his first reaction to seeing this huge mansion suddenly appear in front of him is to cry out in surprise, but that feeling quickly turns to annoyance because now he has to walk around--or take a shortcut through the grounds--to get past it.]

[so, he enters the mansion, having glimpsed two people up on the roof moments before, and starts to shout in a dignified manner that only a Time Lord can.]

What is the meaning of this?! Who would bring such a thing here?

{Diva is moving around furniture, and just glances up at him as she picks up a couch}

I would, of course. Isn't it pretty, though?

Ahhh, Diva. [he should've known. at least this time it wasn't an arrow!] It is...in its own way. It's different.

Different? Ah, you mean because it's so big?

{She sets down the couch, standing back to look at it}

I like it, though! It's not as big as the other one, but...I think I like this one more anyways.

No, the size doesn't bother me in the slightest. The style is different from what I'm used to. [first the sterile, clean environment of Gallifrey, then the Doctor's TARDIS and its uniqueness, and now this.]

You have another mansion?

Really? It's too fancy, then? I think that bothered...Well, it bothered some of the people that came to visit.

{She turns to face him, sitting on the top of the couch she just set down}

I do. Updown Court, in England. This one was nice, but...I just wanted a new place to live, for a little while.

[shakes his head] No, I'm not bothered by that either. It's something I could get used to. I find myself doing that quite often these days.

{Pouts} If only it were that simple. That stupid man, Arkham, wanted to take away my homes and sell them. He can have the other one if he wants, but he can't take this one.

So that's why I brought it here! He can't take it away from me as long as it's on the Plane.

I lost my Sam, and I didn't...Well, he was the most important thing in the world to me! So I got upset and did some bad things and ended up in Jerry's asylum. Isn't it terrible? But that's the truth.
