[It's been a while, Plane, hasn't it? And now, Kuhn doesn't feel like going to work. So, what's he doing instead? Lying around in the weather-defying snow.]

I thought this place was weird before, but this is pretty much a new level of weird. Not that I mind it all that much.

[Contented sigh~] You know, you really miss this kind of thing in the real world. Online, too, I guess. Maybe Atoli's got a point with her "Stop and look at the graphics" thing.

Am I? I wonder. Is the world still beautiful at the end of fall in 2016? Everyone talks about industrialisation destroying the Beauty of Nature.

But there are still gardens, aren't there?

Then it seems that reports of the end of the world, as usual, have been grossly exaggerated. Oxford is a beautiful city. I'm sure skyscrapers can be beautiful too. Their name is, if a bit violent, but anything that reaches to the sky must have some merit in it.

That's such a comforting thought. Could you? I'd love to see it. I don't have anything to use to take pictures of Oxford, but perhaps I could ask Charles to paint something for you. It really is the City of Dreaming Spires, and thank goodness, as it all seems half a dream most days.

Sebastian, and this [meaning his bear] is Aloysius. It's a pleasure.
