[Sunshine! Lollipops! Rainbows! All the happy things that the world has to offer!

...Well, apart from the lollipops, and really the rainbows- but that does not matter! For Cally is out of her cave, holding a possum and very content with life. Mainly because she gets to travel again and save people. All very good things in her opinion.

So, there is currently one (1) Cally sitting cross legged upon the Plane and holding a possum in one arm and a bunch of flowers in the other. And, yes, she does look just a little hyperactive with life.]

Do possums like flowers? I think they're rather nice personally, all glowy and that... Except not really glowy unless the moon hits them right. I don't think these ones glow anyway Y'know- not that they're all boring and that but it'd be nice if they glowed [A pause as she thinks that over] they'd be nicer if ya could eat 'em too. Then they wouldn't just sit around and look all pretty.

...Suppose that's their purpose though, lookin' pretty. But perhaps they should try lookin' ugly one day for the adventure. We should reach for the stars after all.

[A pause as the possum just stares at her in a vaguely frustrated way and refuses to answer; then Cally shrugs, tilts back her head and smiles up at the stars]

Like them! Perhaps we could go to that big one near us; thank it or something- Oh, I love having sunlight again! Even if it'll probably go soon; 'S just nice knowing that it's actually there instead of just rock an' that. [A happy little sigh as she sniffs at the flowers] An' it makes the flowers grow an' Tuomas likes the flowers; so it has to be a good thing!

Yeah, got out of 'em.... Oh, can't remember. Doesn't really matter anyway now that 'M out and there's sunlight and flowers and that. We got to go to a flower field an' all which was really, really lovely- 'M in it now in fact; 'S all peaceful there and ya can really catch the sun.

...I dunno why folk talked about monsters when we said we were going.

Meh, you'd never have adventures then- an' I like adventures! They take you places; better then sitting at a window pining all day or just tricking yourself into thinking that boring is perfectly interestin'. Life needs a bit of fun occasionally- y'know, fun? What happy people do.

Ya seem allergic; ya never show any happiness- would it kill ya to laugh or anythin'? It's supposed to improve your life span and make you a nicer person overall; an' those make my family all angry and make you live longer and make the world all shiny so that has to be a good thing. Are ya ticklish or anythin'?

[She treats this with great joy... For five seconds, adn then she realises that he will probably kill them adn tugs them away You're meant to smell 'em! They're nice to smell, relaxing an' all that. An' you need a lot of relaxing if ya ain't even ticklish.

[There is obviously only one sane way to respond to that smile- and that is a big, big grin and a very, very fast nod]

Yeah! And there's sun and things, and I got to bring a lot of possums along out there with me. 'S nice not bein' in a cave with your friend in a coma and bandits stalkin' ya; makes life a lot happier. And I can sniff the flowers now which I haven't been able to do for ages because there aren't many flowers in caves and sniffin' is also discouraged 'cause of the fumes an' lung damage. 'S stupid to risk lung damage and that jus' to sniff a rather yellow piece of fungi. Seems sensible to sniff flowers if ya wanna sniff things; not ugly patches of stuff that hurt and make the world look all weird.

...Actually I don't think I've sniffed flowers before now anyway; D'you wanna smell 'em?

Well, you can smell 'em first if ya want? 'M sittin' in a field of 'em back home so I can always go get some more for me when you're smellin' 'em; 'M sure nobody would mind... Well, if there are actually monsters there I think they'd mind but I haven't sen any monsters there; an' I can always apologize if they do randomly appear an' that. D'you know what a flower monster would look like?

[She pauses to consider this question for a few seconds and then holds her flowers out with a big, big grin] Here ya go anyway!

[He smiles widely and leans in to take a good whiff of them, breathing in deeply and exhaling slowly.]

Oh now those are just lovely. I will say, though, I have seen flower monsters. They spit out thorns. Rather annoying creatures.

They are, aren't they? I love flowers, I mean- I love 'em less than I like possums 'cause ya gotta love possums an' that more than everything but I love 'em more than necromancy, though that ain't hard. I think flowers are rather nice really- an' they help save the world through being all pretty and providing oxygen in a really odd way; so they have to be good since world savin' has to be good! Are they happy though? The monsters?

Always been fond of flowers, though I prefer daisies myself. And, well, the monsters are happy enough. They're quite content to just soak up the sunlight and spit thorns at passersby.

I like daisies an' that! They grow most places an' it's nice that they're pretty and powerful- they have to be powerful to be everywhere ya see. I bet they're gonna exist long after society has fallen- jus' like the cockroaches; they're gonna be everywhere. I hope the monsters are happy; it mustn't be nice bein' thought of as all evil an' that jus' for bein' born the way they are- an' all the people bugging them mustn't be very nice either.

He's really lovely, an' smart, an' quite cute too if ya look at him in the right lights. He seems a lot better ever since I got him outta those caves an' into some fresh air an' that- it was downright abysmal down there! But now 'S better, much better. D'you like the sun?
