[Someone looks particularly annoyed today... then again, what else is new? She simply stands, her arms crossed, looking around for a moment before speaking.]

I do not think that I will be around here often for the time being. I'd rather this time of year progressed faster than be drawn out due to the time dilation issue. The sooner everyone eats their cake and gets it all over with, the better.

If you have a significant other, I assume that gifts are involved.

Friends usually give gifts too.

It's rather odd to give a gift to someone unless you have feelings for them. I think that's just the reality differences coming through, though.

I can't imagine Christmas being anything like Valentine's Day, but it's your world. Not mine.

It's not really like Valentine's Day. It's more of a "go out with your significant other" sort of day. Valentine's Day and White Day are mainly gift days.

[Whether she notices or not, she gives no reaction.]

Pi. I don't believe I've seen you around. Are you a regular?

Ah. Yeah, that's different from what I know.

[HE WILL GET THROUGH THAT ICY BARRIER. He's fire, after all.]

Yep. I've been here for a while. It's hard to say how long 'cause of how time flows here, but I've been here since the second adventure started.

Everyone in this place are all from different realities. It's to be expected that our worlds will be quite different, especially culturally.

Both. I'm a little new to going on adventures with other people, but it's not bad.

What sort of adventure can one have in this place?

Oh... plenty. Tracking down evil, solving the mystery of why we're here...

Of course there would be evil entities...

I suppose for others, dimensional travel is unplanned and unpredicted.

Yeah, but they don't cause trouble much.

That's a relief. I would rather not have to deal with more than we already have to.

Same here. I fight monsters on a daily basis. [He runs his hand through his spiky hair.]

It's sorta complicated. Technically, we travel between a bunch of different worlds that don't know about each other.

[Pushes up her glasses.] I wonder if that's a common element to everyone here...

It sounds very much like extradimensional travel in that regard.

Uhh. I don't think so. I met a doctor. Didn't hear anything about monsters.

I guess it does. So, do you travel dimensions and save the day too?

I wouldn't expect everyone to disclose every nuance of their home dimensions.

I wouldn't describe it quite like that, but I suppose one could say that.

People are nicer than you think.

Or perhaps they're simply foolish. No one should bare all of their secrets so easily.

Perhaps it's cultural. It's my job to do this, after all.
