What sort of changes?

Experiments, as far as I can tell, can affect both realities and individuals. They can be mental or physical. They don't seem restricted to normal science, though they may be very advanced.

Have you noticed--[he looks back at the chart, confirming her card]--any overflows, mental or emotional, or any slips into dream or fantasy? Or any increase in appearances from clergy, I suppose.

To a degree, emotional overflow is something of a common occurrence for my line of work, so I'm not sure if that qualifies. Dream or fantasy, no.
