The Twins are known to select individuals to experiment on instead of testing the group. Both physical and mental experiments have been noted.

I still don't understand. Doing something like this in the name of curiosity doesn't make any sense. If they're smart enough to do something like this, they'd have to see how scary this would be for someone.

Then you should explain it to them. I'm sure if you explained this to whoever was in charge they'd see the effect of their actions and fix it right away.
