03.

[So a Time Lord walked into a bar... Ahem. Rather, Omega is sitting along the outdoor part of a happily deserted onsen on the first floor, vaguely contemplative. Since he's a stick in the mud not really the onsen type, he's still dressed in his normal clothes, and doesn't seem all that bothered by the heat and steam. In his hand is a glass of something that is very likely alcoholic, judging from the presence of a small bar nearby.

However, if he was banking on the Time Lord alcohol tolerence, he's going to be sorely disappointed. Why? Because of hijinks! Also he's a bit of lightweight on the best of days anyway. Rass mocked him mercilessly for it. Time Lords are going to find that their awesome ability to not get drunk has vanished. Because it's funny.

...Obviously, someone should take advantage of this situation. :|]

That, Omega, is because I wasn't attempting any.

That, Omega, is because I wasn't attempting any. I was only stating what I do.

I do, yes, and I visit periodically after helping them set up a stable government.

The defining one, I believe. [he glances at the glass, but doesn't comment on it; no need to make the Founder indignant] I didn't belong there, really, and nor did Susan.

[quietly] I tried. Very few wanted to change.

Their people wanted it. That was the difference.

Not the only one, but we were very much the minority – and more and more of them either left or gave up, as time went on.
