[Sorin has a problem, he wants to get some work done but to his shame he is still mildly uneasy around all the space out there- he can tolerate it while he's moving around and talking to people but doing work? He wouldn't be able to settle.

So! He has remembered Crane's library from the start of their book finding adventure and has secretly managed to drag a desk through the entrance and set up his paperwork on it- Ah, finally a chance to actually get some proper work done without a Elite accidentally setting themselves on fire or tying two groupies together and not being able to get them loose...

...Except he really doesn't look please with this work; in fact he's holding his head in his hands and looking rather incredibly annoyed by the papers in front of him (several photos of a seemingly twelve year old boy with a pierced lip and dyed black hair for the eagle eyed); obviously the Elites and their incredible stupidity must follow him everywhere.

In fact, somebody on fire would really cheer him up right now]

And he sits there, smirking quietly to himself.]

[IGNOREIGNOREIGNORE... Damn, he can't ignore, ffft] ..Excuse me, would you mind turning it off?

[He turns it off... just to humor him.]

Thank you [He returns to his work.. But is still watching, out of the corner of his eye... Because Sorin is a stalker, so he must stalk ALWAYS]

Axel doesn't seem to be doing anything interesting. Spacing out, maybe.]

[Sideways stare, sideways stare, sideways stare... Gosh, he hopes the random angry squiggles can pass for words]

[Nope. Axel is staying here.]

Cue Axel jumping off the desk and screaming very convincingly.]

[Sorin's first response is to go O_O, his second response is to get up fairly quickly and dart around to the other side of the desk... What, you're potentialy in pain Axel? Really?

...Sorin can be a selfish bastard.] ...Do you need help?

[Okay, not convincing enough.

SHRIEKING AND SPINNING IN CIRCLES]

[He steps back and raises a eyebrow, starting to look just faintly worried (HIS USELESS YET IMPORTANT PAPERWORK!)] ...A bucket of water perhaps?

[ROLLING ON THE GROUND... ON FIRE]

[He sighs, rolls his eyes and pops off the Plane... Returning about a minute later with a bucket of water] Please be careful around the desk.

[In that minute that Sorin is gone, Axel's fire is gone and he's sprawled out on top of the vampire's desk like a cat.]

You're not gonna win any community service awards at this rate.

[Sorin's expression: -_-; if it wasn't for the papers..] Get off my desk please.

You seem like a man who has priorities.

[He doesn't move.]

You find yourself in the wrong place at the right time. An evil ruler is holding two people in the dungeons. One is slowly being lowered into a vat of acid. The other is being pierced with daggers. Each contraption is set up so that dismantling one activates the other. There are barriers preventing the use of magic, and you have nothing with you except a dagger. Which prisoner do you save?

[Pause]

...I would get out; if I care for neither of them why should I risk my well being over complete strangers? It'd be best to save myself for another day [Oh Sorin, your face looks perfectly normal but your eyes are all shifty- he can never be as heartless as he wants to be]

[Axel ignores him and leans closer.]

You sure about that?

That work is important.

[He shifts slightly, a faintly guilty expression passing over his face for a quick second before being replaced with indifference]

Of course I am; it is practical.

[Axel finally gets off the desk, back turned to Sorin.]

On the way out, you find yourself in need of another person to lower the bridge. Because you are alone, you're trapped. The evil ruler captures you and tosses you into the dungeon with the other prisoners, who are dead...

Oh well~

[His fingers tighten on the bucket]

It doesn't matter, such things would never happen- it is pointless to speculate about them.

Not very bright, are you? It's a metaphor. You know, something you're not supposed to take literally.

[He finally turns, arms crossed, his expression blank.]
