[Hello, Plane, have a Nine! Again. This time, the Doctor is in the ballroom. He has pushed aside any tables or chairs to clear the dance floor - but not for dancing. Instead, he has a few projects set up. On one side, he has a pile of wires, panels, etc. that he is attempting to kitten-proof (Mortimer the cat is also there for testing purposes), and on the other side he has another assortment of gadgets and doohickeys for creating some sort of selective anti-vamp system for Sorin. He is very focused on his work (and has been for who knows how long), so it is obviously a fantastic time to interrupt his multitasking. And possibly remind him that ballrooms are meant for dancing.]

[ack! he jumps a bit, dropping his screwdriver in surprise, before turning to smile at her] Er, a couple of projects. Kitten-proofing the TARDIS, and rigging up a selective anti-vampire security system for a friend of mine.

[speaking of kittens, Dorothy picks up Mortimer and tucks him under her arm, scratching him behind the ears. The cat rather instantly starts to purr. Hmm.]

I'd have thought you'd just put up some cat gates or something. All this science seems a little... overkill.

[Jack, who had not been aware of this Doctor's existence because of mun-related incidents, had wandered towards the ballroom to see what all the ruckus was. It's quite a pleasant surprise when he spots Nine, and his face lights up.

He's only just resisting simply pulling him into a hug then] Doctor!

A minute to solve the puzzle on it and keep us both from regenerating while these bodies still have so much more more time left.

Oh fantastic. [and with that he simply snags the dynamite and drops off the Plane. He comes back several long moments later, looking a bit...charred. And fairly happy about it. HE LIKES EXPLOSIONS, OKAY? :|]

[Sorin has been back to his reality a few times now and has so spent the past few hours that he's been on the Plane wandering around and worrying about his father, the Elites, Underground security... WORRYWORRYWORRY.

Luckily when he wonders into the ballroom and sees Nine his day gets a lot happier, and he drifts over with a interested look on his face] ...All of that looks complicated.
