[Look, Omega's back on the Plane! This time, though, he's not focused on the scenery. Instead, he's leaning on a laboratory table that appears as though it was appropriated from Ertikus's TARDIS. Spread across its surface are half-finished pieces of machinery, spanners, microwelders, and other various tools, all of which are Gallifreyan in origin.
What has Omega's interest, however, is a small, unassuming lump of coral. Time Lords and anyone sensitive enough with notice that it is far from the kind of coral found on Earth -- it's absolutely humming with energy, and there is a spark of awareness, of sentience.
This, ladies and gentlemen, is a baby TARDIS.
Omega picks up the coral, holding it with surprising gentleness, and studies it quietly. The bond between a TARDIS and its pilot is a powerful thing, after all, and theirs is just being established.]

I didn't know our great Founder was into TARDIS horticulture.

And why should I not be? They are, after all, just as much my creations as Rassilon's.
[look, a mention of the other Founder(s)! someone's feeling a bit nostalgic today, it seems]

It is an infant time ship. A TARDIS.

Is it... alive? [He's not sure what he's sensing.]

It's a TARDIS. [a pause] Or it will be, eventually.
