[So! Guess who has been being annoyingly vocal about getting out? And who has a whole new set of icons due to a whim?

That's right! Brigitta is back on the Plane yet again, this time looking a lot more dressed up than usual, clingy red dress, done up hair, make up... The works, she looks like she's been to a great big party, and also looks like she isn't all that happy about it.

...Okay, she definitely isn't all that happy about it, especially since she's had to leave her weapons behind, the moment that Brigitta appears she pretty much rips her hair out of its style and lets out a sound close to a growl, this has not been a very good day
] I really don't understand why this is necessary, the least he could do is wear the dress.

[She grumbles again and runs a hand through her hair before dumping herself on the ground and lying flat out to stare at the stars, it's both ruining her dress and getting her to relax! Yay!]

For some, like myself, yes. Others might merely think they're in the wrong place.

Very much so. We're ten million years more advanced than the rest of the primitive civilisations in the universe, so we've had ample amount of time to become so.

[twitches very slightly] Think what you will. The responsibility my people must uphold for the rest of the universe is far too great to be worried about such things.

It very much is. No one is allowed to meddle or interfere. That's why we're here to make sure nothing gets in the way of Time's proper course.

Brigitta, the results could be catastrophic.

Mmm, something like that, yes.

[identity profile] damn-time-ring.livejournal.com 2009-09-03 11:53 pm (UTC)(link)
All right, let me ask this. What would you consider an apocalypse?

[identity profile] damn-time-ring.livejournal.com 2009-09-04 08:27 pm (UTC)(link)
It could. That's always a possibility--but it could also end in the blink of an eye and you'd be none the wiser as to what happened. [he leaves the "why" out of it.] No dramatics, just--[he snaps his fingers]--like that.

[is taken aback] Boring?! How so?

[identity profile] damn-time-ring.livejournal.com 2009-09-04 08:33 pm (UTC)(link)
But if it all ends, nobody will be around who can remember such a thing.

[identity profile] damn-time-ring.livejournal.com 2009-09-04 08:43 pm (UTC)(link)
[he nods slowly, conceding that point] Well yes, but is it worth it for a few seconds recognition?

[identity profile] damn-time-ring.livejournal.com 2009-09-04 08:59 pm (UTC)(link)
[almost points out that if the world is ending, a few seconds might not be long enough for them to anyway, but decides if that's what she believes, then so be it.] Hopefully, it won't ever have to come to that.

[smiles slightly] Does the thought of the potentially wasted effort bother you?
