Well I was, and now I'm not! It happened to quite a few people, it's that Meredith or something, she came on the Plane and even made a big announcement about it. So I'd appreciate it if you stopped throwing accusations my way just because I'm standing here. Unwarranted ones too, seeing as I've never done anything to bother you in the first place.

How did you get free? You should free me, too, desu!

[is about to answer when the second part of her statement catches his attention]

Oi! Watch it you, I'm not an idiot! [pause] Which one are you calling the idiot?

I do not! [rubs the back of his neck] Oh, that one. Yeah, He is a bit of an idiot at times, but overall He's not so terrible really. The plant burning was a bit uncalled for though. The entire idea behind it was, really.

So you think Idiot was wrong for hurting the plants too, desu?

Yeah, I suppose I did think it was wrong. Got into a bit of a row with Him over the entire idea, really.

He does have a name, you know. That's not Idiot.

Well then I guess you aren't so stupid, desu.

So, maybe you could call Him by that instead of Idiot?

Of course. I'm a Gardener. Plants are very important to me, desu.

[he might be getting that, and is slowly dropping the subject for now]

Well suppose you'd have to, being a gardener. So what's that then, like a great big public park or like little back garden behind someone's house?

Hmm? No. I garden human souls, desu.

Human souls? How does that work?

Because human's souls are trees, desu. I go into dreams and make sure they're healthy and growing so that the human doesn't wither away, desu.

...really? Every human's?

Of course.

And if you don't go and do that, they what, just die?

They'll be overgrown with weeds and choke and suffocate if they don't wither away first.

That wouldn't be - so what though, that has to keep you busy at least. There is a whole load of humans out there at any given time.
