[Romana didn't even look up when he spoke. Some things were far more interesting at the moment.] It would far more simpler if I were able to get back to Gallifrey. It would not take long at all to sever the chains.

[Snorts.] Either would work, honestly. As long as we got them off.

[Eyebrow raise.] Well, I am certainly open to suggestions. [Drops the chain]

[Sighs and looks at her.] I don't know. If we could get to either one of our realities it could work, but...
