[Take note, if you will, of two particular people hanging out in a place where they would likely be found normally. Said people are, of course, Ray and Chris - but not quite. It's their zombie angel whatever doubles, probably in the course of getting pissed, and hanging out. What? You thought that the lack of memories would keep them from not being BFF? You're silly. It's practically a requirement that any version of Ray and Chris - zombie angel thing or not - be BFF.

So, there they are, in a weird state of androgyny, with wings, getting pissed. They seem to be discussing and laughing about something, and for anyone who manages to listen in, the conversation seems to be bordering on the depraved. But it's funny to them, and that is all that matters.]

(OOC: UNFORTUNATELY, Kisha cannot appropriately reply well to tags, so please bear with her - her replies will be slow. The L key on her keyboard is broken, and making things very frustrating for her.)

[He glances over.] Huh?

The wings. You're both those things, aren't you?

[Gene doesn't say anything. he just looks at them quietly, assessing the situation. he doesn't have the heart to kill his team, man]

[Ray doesn't notice - or acknowledge - Gene's presence. In fact, he's currently in the middle of telling a very tasteless joke to Chris.]

[oh Ray, don't ever change, because Gene just laughed at that, too]

[Technically he has, as this isn't even Ray proper. But at Gene's laugh, he glances over, smirking. Hell yeah, he knows he tells the best jokes, damnit. Total strangers even find them hilarious.]

[shut up, that's logic. there's no place for that here!]

[Too late! I invoked logic! But! Ray tips back his pint before speaking.]

You gonna say anythin', or are you gonna play the role of 'audience laugh track'?

[composes himself and lumbers over, helping himself to a drink from behind the bar]

Just bidin' my time, that's all.

[Ray shrugs, which is sort of an awkward action with those wings, since they move and shift with the motion.]

Plenty of better ways to do it than that.

'course there are. [and holds up his own glass of scotch] Here's a start.

[He nods in approval, and finishes off his pint.] Think this tops the list of things to do, really.

Couldn't agree more. Best time of the day, beer o'clock. Can't imagine a world without it.

[Brigitta has been looking to get drunk... Well, had, now she'll just be keeping a hand on her sword and watching them]

Yeah. Got a problem with it?

[Eyebrow raise] You don't look the angel type.

[sighs, seeing the wings, because dammit he got the whole 'angel' memo. He comes in closer though, and he happens to hear what they are discussing. His mouth drops a little, a bit horrified by what they're laughing at, and the laughing and the wings and the whole androgeny bit doesn't help at all. Still, he is busy being appalled by their conversation]
