[she secretly thinks leaving Gene embarrassed and silent is probably an accomplishment worth conceding the bet over. but she smiles and gives him her best manly pat anyway] I better tell Mu, though, okay? I can't just leave him behind when he's still in trouble. He can come back too.

Yeah...you do that. [is still rather wtf-ing over here]
