He is not going to join the rest when the attack is staged. He seems to be preparing to go off on his own and he will not tell me what he is doing. He's the Pope, he should be leading the others!

Popehood is not a position well suited to him, I think. He is doing what he thinks is best for the Sanctuary. Should you not be preparing for the assault anyways?
